Kansas City based R&B artist Nyil’a Webster (pronounced Ni-ya) is known for her smooth alto vocals that pierce the soul and her versatile elegant to funky wardrobe style. As a teenager, Nyil’a blew judges away during an audition with her perfect pitch a cappella rendition of “Home” from the musical “WIZ”.
Within the last three years, Nyil’a had the incredible opportunity to perform on New Year’s Eve at Prince’s Paisley Park. From there came the opportunity for her debut song entitled, “You Can Come Home” to be released spring of 2022 and is gaining momentum on independent charts.
With several tours under her belt touring with Charlie Wilson has been a highlight. Nyil’a went from buying tickets to see Charlie perform in the Gap Band and as a solo artist to being on tour with him. Nyil’a has also toured with Anthony Hamilton, Xscape, and Tony Terry.
