More than a decade after its November 1, 2015 release, Tjuan Benafactor’s EP Credible Content has climbed to #22 on the iTunes Global Hip Hop charts — a testament to the timeless quality of authentic, independent hip hop. The Arucca Flyboy project, which earned national press coverage including a feature in Hip Hop Weekly upon its original release, has found a new generation of listeners across the globe without a single new promotional push.
The six-track, 19-minute EP is a focused, cohesive body of work produced by three contributors — Pittsburgh’s MysteriousPGH handled the majority of the project, with MizzyBeats producing the opening track and Benafactor himself producing the closing instrumental. The EP features no guest artists, allowing Benafactor’s pen, delivery, and vision to stand alone front and center.
“Credible Content reaching #22 globally in 2026 says everything about what we built back in 2015,” said Benafactor. “No gimmicks. Just credible content. That’s always been the standard.”

The chart achievement adds to a landmark stretch for Benafactor. In 2025, his collaboration “No Laccin” featuring Snoop Dogg and Bantana spent over 40 weeks on global digital radio charts and was covered by AllHipHop.com. His single “Giggity” reached #7 on the UK iTunes Hip Hop chart and #36 on the US iTunes Top 40 Hip Hop chart, while “It’s Time” featuring KRS-One and CyCy Couture reached #75 on the US iTunes Hip Hop/Rap chart. The Credible Content placement now adds a #22 global milestone to one of independent hip hop’s most consistent chart runs of the past two years.
Beyond music, Benafactor is the co-founder of numerous minor league sports teams including the Steel City Yellow Jackets — 2021-22 American Basketball Association National Champions — the founder of Battleball, the nation’s first professional combat basketball league launching in 2027, and the co-founder of BenRoyal TV, a 24-hour urban streaming network relaunching on Roku in 2026. He is also a co-owner of Authentic, winner of both the 2020 Kentucky Derby and the 2020 Breeders’ Cup Classic.
Credible Content is available now on all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and Amazon Music.
